Growing in strength in every step, VSUN GROUP has been in the Real Estate Project Management for the last 20 years. It all began in 1989 as SPSINFRA when Sajal Bhatta, Swapan Bhatta & Prem Chand Sethi with their vision and missionary zeal and having strong belief in themselves launched their first project in Garia, Kolkata. It was the first professionally run Real Estate Project Management group within the vicinity.

And hence…there was no looking back. The entrepreneurs added several feathers to their caps by launching SPS Constructions, SS Contructions, Sabcon, Global Constructions, SD Constructions, Mahanagar Projects Pvt. Ltd., and SPS Infrarealty Pvt. Ltd. The Management thought of amalgamating these individual units under a single entity. Thus, VSUN Group was formed.

The Group has completed more than 100 projects and has thousands of happy and satisfied customers. Today, it does not just build apartments but the home within it. The clientele includes NRI’s, Government Employees, Consultants, Corporate Professionals and so forth.
